Hikaru Ebihara

Hikaru Ebihara has participated in many competitions including the Prague Spring and the International Grzegorz Fitelberg: he was a semi-finalist at the Solti Competition in Frankfurt and third at the Lovro von Matai International event in Croatia. After studying in his native Japan and later in Austria and at the Hungarian State Opera he has conducted all the major Japanese orchestras and between 2004-06 was assistant conductor of the Tokyo City Philharmonic.
